How Talintr verifies organisations
Talintr manually reviews employer and recruiter accounts before they can post jobs or browse candidates through the network.
Verification shows that we reviewed the organisation and its evidence. It does not guarantee a sponsorship offer, a visa outcome, an interview, or a job.
Organisation verification
We review the organisation behind an account and the information supplied at signup. Checks may include its website and public presence, company records, the consistency of its email domain and, where relevant, an official sponsorship register.
This label means the account passed Talintr's manual organisation review. It does not mean Talintr independently investigated every job or confirmed every claim in a job description.
If an organisation no longer meets Talintr's requirements, we can deactivate its account and remove its jobs from public view.
What verification does not guarantee
Organisation verification is an account-level trust check. Job, sponsorship and visa details are supplied by the posting organisation and candidates should assess them before making decisions or sharing further information.
