Millions of skilled professionals around the world want to take their careers abroad.
But finding a genuine opportunity isn’t always easy. Candidates often have to navigate countless job sites, recruiters they don’t know if they can trust, conflicting information about sponsorship and immigration, and uncertainty about which countries are actually looking for their skills.
We think there should be a better way.
That’s what we’re trying to change with Talintr. We want to give skilled professionals one place to find sponsorship opportunities posted by verified organisations, connect with employers and recruiters, and get reliable information about where their skills are needed and what it takes to get there.
At the same time, employers hiring internationally face their own problems. They can receive large numbers of applications from people who don’t match the profession, don’t meet the requirements for the role, or aren’t eligible for the immigration pathway required to hire them.
That’s why our candidate profiles have professional, immigration, sponsorship and regulatory information built into them, helping employers find candidates who are actually suitable for the role and able to make the move.
Talintr brings both sides together in a trusted network of skilled professionals, genuine employers and verified recruiters — focused specifically on shortage occupations and international hiring.
We’ve done this before.
Talintr is being built by a team with experience in international recruitment at both senior and founder level.
Members of our team have helped place thousands of candidates with employers across Europe, giving us first-hand experience of the challenges candidates, employers and recruiters face when hiring across borders.
We’re using that experience to build Talintr into the network we wish existed already.
What we’re building.
Our ambition is to build the world’s largest network for international skilled migration in shortage occupations.
A network where skilled professionals can discover international opportunities, employers can find the people they need, and verified recruiters can help bring the two together.
We also want Talintr to be a place people can trust when they’re trying to understand their options abroad. Where are the opportunities? Which countries need their skills? What are the sponsorship and immigration requirements? And what is actually changing on the ground?
We’ll bring together information from official sources and speak directly with employers, recruiters, industry leaders and government officials to help our community understand what’s happening and make better decisions about where their skills can take them.
International migration will always have its complexities. Our goal is to make finding the right people, the right opportunities and the right information a whole lot easier.
