Privacy policy

Talintr stores profile details and documents to provide candidate, application, and hiring services. Candidate documents are private and are served only through authenticated, permission-checked downloads.

Public profile visibility

Candidates control whether their professional profile appears in the public talent pool. When it does, the profile may show the candidate’s first name and surname initial, such as Priya S. Their full surname, contact details, employer names, and documents are not shown publicly. Documents are shared with an organisation only after the candidate applies to one of its jobs.

Optional AI-assisted CV processing

If you explicitly opt in on the CV upload screen, Talintr sends extracted CV text to its third-party AI provider to suggest editable profile details. Suggestions are not saved to your profile until you review and confirm them. You can skip this processing and enter everything manually.

Your privacy choices

To ask a privacy question or request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, use the Talintr support form and choose the privacy or data request topic. You do not need an account or a company name. We will reply to the email address you provide and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
